Setting u23s and u18s to use saved tactic

Afternoon all,

I have a tactic I'd like my u23s and u18s to use for all their matches, and I've saved it. When i go to staff responsibilities -> u23s/u18s i'm only allowed to set it so they use 'first team tactics.' When it says select a tactic for them to use there is no option to load a saved tactic :S.

Is this the only way for them to use the tactic (I have 3 so they could be using anyone of them?), or is there a way I can get them to use this specific tactic for their matches?

No, you can only set them to none or match the first team.
