Shadow Strikers, are they rare? Or am I just over-looking talents?

Whenever I look out for a Shadow striker, I never find anyone good, it's like, the only ones I found that perform amazingly well for me are Juan Mata and Mateo Kovacic.. Does anyone have some suggestions?

The best shadow strikers are usually inside forwards re-trained to play AMC IMHO

Cesc Fabregas, and I recall someone on YT trained Tielemans up to be a great SS.
