Shall i sell?

Should i sell Rooney and Kagawa? They're both struggling to break into my first team and are both on high wages, however they are two of the best players on the game, should i sell whilst they're still worth a decent value or not?
I'm just finishing the 2nd season and my squad looks like this

Att-Midfield - Kagawa, Ayew, Pastore, Valencia,Shaqiri

ST- Benteke, Rooney, Fierro (Loan), Welbeck, Henreiquez (Loan) Destro,

Well, Rooney is the best F9 ingame hands down. Otherwise, yeah, he is getting on a bit too. And ingame, he is very temperamental. Sell Rooney if you get a good offer for him. However, I'd still keep Kagawa. He's simply outstanding ingame, and can play brilliantly on any of the Attacking Midfield positions, without any retraining. (Frankly, since I had Kagawa and Januzaj, I didn't bother getting anyone else at all for ACM.)

But even then, it depends on what formations you're playing, how much you play and pay him, and whether you get any good offers for him. Although, Valencia is getting older, I'd probably look into getting rid of him..
