Hi all!
First am sorry for my bad English
So, I am a fan of direct game so I developed this tactic. In previous seasons I used a very direct attack tactic but it didn't convince me much. I decreased the "directness" and heavier the pressure. I think this is quite decent.
But this tactic needs very good player. And also suitable players. I know this tactic won't suit most of teams, but I just want to shareXD
So this is my final league position:

Averaging 2,4 goals per game. I know it's not pretty good
The formation:

Fixtures:
View attachment 240046View attachment 240047View attachment 240048
Players' attributes:
GK: Reflexes, one on ones, handling, etc
FBs: Crossing, dribbling, tackling, acceleration (attacking type)
DCs: Marking, tackling, jumping, heading, strength, composure
BWM: Marking, tackling, passing, positioning, work rate
CM: Passing, creativity, first touch, team work, decisions.
AMC: Passing, creativity, decisions, long shots
AML: Pace, agility, flair, dribbling, acceleration, finishing, off the ball, anticipation
IF: Pace, agility, flair, dribbling, acceleration, finishing, off the ball, anticipation
P: Finishing, off the ball, pace, acceleration, anticipation, dribbling, composure
The key in this tactic is the wingers and the striker. All of them must have good finishing and also pace. Because there will be many through balls, good anticipation also needed.
PPMs:
DC: Play short simple passes
FB: Runs with ball down left/right, gets forward whenever possible
BWM: Dive into tackles
CM: Tries killer balls more often, arrives late in opponents area
AML: Move into channels, cuts inside, gets into opposition area, comes deep to get ball
IF: Cuts inside
P: Places shot, move into channels, gets into opposition area, tries first time shots
Pitch size: Maximum!
Opposition instruction: ask coach with the most "defending" and "tactics" atrribute.
Shout: ALWAYS start the match with "work ball into box"
Squad bonus: set all to "HIGH"
This tactic will not work if you have slow players and bad defenders and goalkeeper.
As I said before, the key is the wingers, they must be pacey and have good passing and finishing.
