Is there any free's or loans that will do a good job in goal and midfield and i need some backup for harewood.

Tim Sparv as a great centre mid mate. You can get him on a season long loan without paying any wages. And maybe Caleb Folan on loan from Hull as back up for Harewood, but if he doesn't come then Zavon Hines from West Ham is always a super sub for me. Hope they help mate.
