Currently in January of my firdt season with wednesday, top of the league and easily getting an auto-promotion.
I've been loaning a few players who have had run out, such as Benik Afobe (run out), Hallam Hope (run out), Davide petrituche from united (run out) and Uchechi who I eventually bought. I've also got Andrew Davies, Ben Amos and James Perch still on loan.

I'm going to get promoted, so I'll have a bit of cash. Now, who sould I sell, and who should I buy in the January Transfer market/end of the season (for the championship) including paid and free transfers.

I would look at who the top teams are releasing as sometimes can get quality player on free (on one save I got David Beckham for league 1 Rotherham)

as for players for a fee look at the positions you need to strengthen, I would recommend Angel Rangel off Swansea for a good wing back.

I'd keep loaning untill you get to the prem. And then hold off for the 1st batch of regens in March
