Short passing tactic

Hiii i have made a tactic known as Short passing tactic or No DM tactic.

This tactic basically focusses on wing attack.... Also i have put 3 defenders with 2 wingbacks so you won't leak goals...


Positions:

GK: Goalkeeper: defend
Def1: Ball playing defender- positioning,tackling,passing,,technique,strength
Def2: Central defender- Tackling,Marking,heading,determination,strength
Def3: Limited defender- Tackling,marking,positioning,determination,strength
Wingbacks: Acceleration,Stamina,Workrate,crossing,pace
CM: Advanced playermaker- Passing,Technique,Creativity,teamwork,anticipation
AM: Trequartista- Finishing,first touch,agility,off the ball,flair
Wingers: Insider forwards- Acceleration,Pace,dribbling,finishing,off the ball
FWD: Poacher- Dribbling,finishing,first touch,pace,acceleration,composure,off the ball

PS: I am noob at FM and it is my first tactic so please give suggestions!!

Looks intriguing although you haven't actually played a competitive game with it yet by the looks of it as you're currently in June of the first year. I'd play a season with it yourself and then post up your results if it's successful otherwise it may just get shot down on here.
