cut the shortlist file and paste into mydocs/sportsinteractive/fm12/shortlists

then, go into the game (player name drop down menu) player search, shortlist

then, far right click import

Doesn't it remove the fun of scouting players for you? I've never seen the attraction of having custom built shortlists made for you, you just can't beat the buzz of unearthing gems. Still, each to their own I suppose.

same with using other people's tactics and training regimes in my eyes. I just don't get why people buy the game and don't play it properly. The worse of all is using the edit feature to give your team millions to buy who you want. Seems like a waste of money to me.
