Should I be worried about Reserve and Under 18 results?

My reserve squad it pretty thin, meaning some under 18's play for both. Maybe that's the issue?

I have my reserve team and under 18's to use first team tactics, should I turn it off? But surely I'd want them to play the way the first team is for development?

Or do you think it could just be that the managers need replacing? Or just not worry too much?

I wouldnt worry about it tbh. I only use the reserves for players I cant sell and young players who arent getting much games but who I want to train with the first team. Why you so worried about it in the first place lol?

Well when it keeps coming up saying they're losing, some of the time they're getting battered, it's got to be disheartening to them? Plus was hoping they were a little better than to lose each week.

My reserve and youth team always win cups and leagues because they use the same tactic as the first team. Also retrain the positions for youth players to fit the tactic. I enjoy watching the u19 CL getting dominated by my youth teams.
