Should I buy Football Manager 2022?

So the thing is, that I started really getting into football (/soccer) since the Euro 2020 and I'd love to learn some more about it and play a game containing it. applinked I wouldn't want to play Fifa, because i'd be too tempted to pay for ingame stuff. Do you think FM2021 is something for a football "beginner"? (Btw: The game is on sale right now on Steam)

It’s a game that can get anyone hooked. Doesn’t matter how much knowledge you start with, everyone has to start somewhere. You’re getting interested from a novice level in the game and you can do that with fm too. Pretty soon both interests will take off and take over!
