Should I sell Fellaini or Baines?

First season with Everton and despite them being their star players I'm considering selling Fellaini or Baines. I think Fellaini is potentially easier to replace than Baines as there is a lot more talented DM's than there is LB's, but he's also a more important player.

What's the thoughts? Do Everton get more transfer funds later in the game even without selling them?

I would also say there are a lot more decent CM players that there are for LB mate. Decent LB's are pretty hard and Baines is top notch.

Not sure about cash though sorry
