Started a save with Spurs and Man Utd bid for Kane, I put the cost up to £62million overall ( not all up front) and surprisingly they accepted, should I sell him or say no ??

£62M is a lot, but if you can't bring in someone as good or better than personally I'd keep him and he helps with the HG players.

I sold him for 50m and I'm still having trouble finding a decent replacement in my third season. I mean, I've been 3rd in the league three times and won the CL last season so it's not urgent, but good strikers are super expensive and good homegrown players are hard to come by. Man Utd don't want to let him come back at any price.

No. Selling him would be stupid. The principle with selling players should always be: can you find somebody better/equally good for less? The answer here is no esp if you factor in HG rules.
