Should i sell Tevez or keep him?

Hello, im in the first season and have just taken over at manchester city, as soon as i joined tevez automatically wanted to be taken off the transfer list. Im in a real dilema because he's and unbelivable talent but he could also turn against me and ruin the team's morale. Also need some help to get the best out of 'Bad Boy' Balotelli? any one got any ideas?

I bought tevez in my second season for peterborough when i won the championship, he was useless and ballotelli is amazing just play him.
 
If you could get much money him, sell him, because he as a huge wage
you have some good players for his position as Aguero or Balotelli... If you don't receive a good offer, keep him
 
Get some money by selling him, you could get 2-3 players just as good for the money you sell hime for + you have 3 great strikers already.
