Should I Use Old Update

I'm definitely planning on starting a story in the next few days.

However I can't decide if I will use the 13.0 update ( Original ) or the 13.3 ( January Transfer Update )

All the players I want to buy are now far too expensive in the new update & I'll have alot less of a transfer budget this time round.

Also alot of key players are injured which is a joke.

Should I use the original or use the new update for my story?
