Show Realistic Transfers

Hi,

Having an issue with this option. Is greyed out and I can't select it. Really annoying as I'm a lower league team so most players I can't sign

Anyone know how I can fix this?

I do have all countries selected (not leagues though top divisions only except main countries)

This might sound stupid but have you got an assistant manager? As its him who filters out unrealistic transfers.

That was exactly why! Terminated when I took over, he hadn't actually gone from my staff though so had no idea.
