Kevin-Prince Boateng

Juan Ramirez: We beat one of the best, or probably the best team of the European Nation, Ghana struggled in this match but showed they were no push over here against Spain, I would like to say I was highly impressed with Kevin today, he was playing top notch and has shown that he should be playing in a bigger league than he is now.

Juan Ramirez: Yet we have outplayed an other Big European team, Ghana played the perfect football out there and they deserve their win, I can't say I'm not proud of my squad, they have won the World Cup, African Cup of Nations and still are pretty much undefeatable.

Mahatma Otoo

Juan Ramirez: Great match today, with a result that had to be, I wouldn't be happy with my team today if they wouldn't have won by more than 3 goals, and they did lovely, Im highly impressed with Mahatma since its his first ever match for Ghana and he manages to score 2 making it seem his played with Ghana his whole life, this 19 year old has great prospect on his future.

Juan Ramirez - Singing for Alaves?

CD-Alav%E9s.png

Juan Ramirez has been reported to have been spotted at Mendizorratza (Alaves Home Stadium). Rumors are that he was there to sign for Alaves a team that is seems to be relegated unless they have a great second half of the season. When asked why to Ramirez. He had a wonderful awnser. "I am not saying I have just signed for Alaves, but if I were to take the job, I'm doing it to make them survive, I know they stand 22 in the league with only 12 points, but i think I can take them to atleast 18 these season and show that if your a great manager everything is possible" Juan Ramirez then left rapidly in his new car (Ferrari Enzo), cause he had to travel back to Ghana to finish buisness there.

OFFICIAL: Juan Ramirez signes for Alaves

signature-business-form.jpg

It has happened, Juan Ramirez has signed for Alaves. Juan Ramirez, once one of the best scouts in the world, started his managerial career with the African team, Ghana. There were many new faces in the team and all of them shine. He got Kevin-Prince Boateng to play for Ghana, and in one year he brought 2 titles to Ghana. The African Cup of Nations, and The World Cup. After winning the World Cup, he was put as the best manager to ever be in Africa, hes is currently number 1 in African Hall of Fame. After he has made Ghana number 2 in the world via FIFA rankings. He had been spotted at Spain before but that he was signing for Alaves. When traveled back to Ghana in a hurry, many people thought he was resigning but now has revelead everything.

Juan Ramirez said:
I have signed for Alaves to show that I can make a team survive the impossible. When I traveled to Ghana it was to tell the President, and my squad, that I will be going to Spain to manage Alaves. Everyone was sad to see me go, but then I told them, the reason I am here right now is to tell you I will continue managing Ghana, and Alaves at the same time, I also told them don't be surprised if I were to make a bid for any of you.

Juan Ramirez first match is against Real Union, and he will be looking to win it to keep Alaves chances of surviving possible. We will be with him 24/7 to report all media and matches

This is truely amazing story, i once won the world cup with Algeria so this is obviously a case of tactics over pure footballing skill.

Good luck with Alaves, you may struggle to afford some of your players but isnt Appiah free ?

Fantastic story, and great acheivement on winning the World Cup. I love the layout also, and I'm sure you will be able to keep Alaves up.

Could you please post your tactic because I want to use it for my Ghana side!!

Would you please tell me how to get KP Boateng to play for Ghana? He always rejects my call up. :S

Juan Ramirez: Alaves First Month

Juan Ramirez first month is done, and we are here to review his side today. Juan Ramirez didn't buy anybody or hasn't made any changes to this squad and were excited to give the fans great news. Juan Ramirez is the manager for you.

Real Union

Starting XI
alavesrealunion.png

Alaves 2 -
0 Real Union
Mario Molino

Juan Ramirez - Great game today by my new side, delighted with the win. Even though no player has caught my eye, I wouldn't be able to say who did well or bad since I still don't know alot about my new club.

Cadiz

Starting XI
alavescadiz.png

Alaves 1 - 1 Cadiz
Mario Petkov

Juan Ramirez - I guess a draw for a team that is bottom of the table is good. I'm a bit dissapointed with my team cause Mario scored in the 1st minute but then nothing great came out of them, I guess we might play better next time.

Xerez

Starting XI
alavesxerez.png

Alaves 3 -
2 Xerez
Stevanovic Dario Reguero Abel Diallo

Juan Ramirez - We beat Xerez, even though they haven't had the best of season, we still beat a great team, and I'm delighted with the scoreline, I finally can say I was impressed with Dario, he was outstanding, scoring a great goal and making the assist for the last goal. Great match for the Mozambique lad

Player of the Month

Mario

Juan Ramirez - I believe that for my choice the Player of the Month if I were to pick is, Mario. He has played great ever since I have gotten here. He's been key in every match. He's stats for this month is 2 assists 2 goals in 3 matches. That is great for a team thats lacking goals, and I'm delighted to have him in my team

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ill try to make 1 more update, if i can't you guys will have to wait for 2 weaks cause im traveling to Italy and Malta

Alaves Road to Survival?

Juan Ramirez, gave Alaves a great month to talk about, they might still have the chance of staying in Liga Adelante. Not really what the fans want since they want to see their team go to Liga BBVA, but at the crucial moments surviving would be great. When JR came to the club they were second to last and very hard to see them get out of the Relegation area but it seems they can do it after this impressive week.

Gimnastic
