Shrewsbury Town FC - League 1 - 2nd Season

I finished 1st in League 2 in my first season by a comfortable margin. Now into my 2nd Season at League 1. Got 100k left for my budget, and I'm not sure my team has enough depth for League 1 and what tactics to play.
This is my team and tactic ATM:

Any help will be appreciated, like good signings etc. As you can see I'm rather weak in defence and possibly the keeper.

Dont go for flanagan, he gets so many red cards and when you fine him for it he is always unhappy etc, hard to handel player

However, he does also turn into an excellant player.. try and tell him not to dive into tackles and it will definately help!

Brian Murphy is a great goalie at Bury (League 2). Not much scope for performance but he's good for most Championship sides.
Zeki Fryers from Man Utd is quality aswell. He develops fast if you stick by him.

Fabio Borini on loan, great goalscorer along with Andre Widsdom on loan.

Scott Davies on a free transfer, and try too get Carl Fletcher from Plymouth.

Done that and then he sais, I dont think my game will benefit from that, he has gotten around 3-4 direct red cards in my season, everytime 2 or more matches out
