Sick of useless backroom staff suggestions

So, I started a new save unemployed and managed to get a job with Oxford. I got promoted by coming third in the league, not a bad start. This season I'm doing well in League 1 due to a lot of amazing loans and free transfers. My usually tactic consists of 3-4-3 attacking, sometimes varied between 4-2-3-1 wide attacking and 4-3-3.

My point is, for the past two years my backroom staff keep suggesting 5-3-2 and I'm sick to death of it - I don't even have any natural wing backs! I clearly don't need to play in that formation as I win most games and score a lot of goals whilst conceding very little. Is there a way to stop them suggesting this formation?

Look at the preferred formations of the guy who keeps suggesting 5-3-2. You may just have to replace him with someone whose preferred tactics match more closely to your own.
