SIGNING COACHES

I play a 4-4-2 formation, I have an attacking coach who is very good, he is at 3 stars which is good for the league I'm in but his preferred formation is 4-3-3. I'm scoring loads of goals and my attacking play is very good. What I'm wondering is should I look to get a coach in that prefers the way I play which is 4-4-2. ??? or does it not make a difference cuz a mean his stars are very good so does it matter what his preferred formation is on his information screen??

what about passing style? if you play short should you get one that prefers short passing..
also i cant believe johan cruyff prefers direct passing in the game!!! surely be short very short!!!??

It does not matter. If they one dag should become Managers, it will influence how their approach.
