Signing Coaches

Im having trouble signing coaches.

Basicly I got 40k £ in my wage budget and the coach is asking for 1,2k£/week but I can only offer 800£/week.

I can offer another coach 1.2k£/week but he wants 1.3k£/week.

So why can I only offer them lower salary then they want???? I got a tonne of extra in my wage balance!!!

You should offload some high-earning subs in my opinion. It should help.

Your expends will lower and you will have a lot more money to pay to your staff.

Sell all the subs with high wages. They are destroying your financial balance.

Technicaly 33 new coaches would fit into my wage budget, so it cant be economical.

I think your boards restricts your money. I don't know how to fix.

Did you already increase your overall wage budget (derease transfer amount)

Ask the board to increase staff allowance via board request. That's the only way to possibly get it changed.
