Signing foreign scouts/coaches

I've been promoted to the Championship, and my Scouting range has been extended to all of Europe. Big whoop.

However when I search for foreign scouts in the Staff Search I can't find anyone. I want some Spanish, French and Germans. Instead I'm having to forage around in the leagues abroad and try and nab scouts from poor clubs.

Am am I being a twit or is there an easier way?

Far as I can recall, atleast for FM14, you had to have knowledge of an area in order to find scouts/players there. If your scouting range has just been expanded, then just send one of your current scouts on a scouting trip to the Leagues you want, after your knowledge improves, you can get hold of some scouts of that particular nationality..

Yeh I think you're right, would make sense. I've sent a few of them off around Europe, but guess I'm being a bit impatient. Cheers bud.
