maybe its a really dumb question but, does it count as the only non-eu signing i can make on serie A? this came to me because when i found a regen on ivory coast who had almost no contract left i just offered a contract and i realized it didnt say "number of non european signings left" on right part of screen.. so i tought maybe its possible that i never realized that...
well anyways, if thats not so, i guess ill better focus more on scouting european countries for regens lol..
