Hi,

So whenever I'm a big club, I sign a couple old players purely with the purpose of them tutoring my youngsters. Is this a bad idea? I usually never play them and I'm about to sign Forlan, but I dont have enough room in my squad to register him, so would he mind not playing ever again?

Thanks

He'd probably mind. But I don't think it affects his tutoring. Doing the same thing, With Sol Campbell, Marco Materazzi, etc.

His morale will lower, but his tutoring will not be affected and I'm sure he'll be happy enough getting paid to do nothing

Yup, that's what I did with Raul. Fantastic mentor and only 33 k/week.

brought in raul, but i sady cant register him in the epl competition. but he's hellping me inte cc and fa cup games.
but great tutor though.
