What is the best way to sign players for the smallest amount of money? I've tried to sign a few players but the team keep rejected my bids.

what is this 48 months thing does it not come off your transfer budget

Well at the transfer budget put it at £0

then go on additional clauses add 48 nmonths and however much you want

EG If i have a 15m transfer budget and i have £0 in transfer fee and 20m in 48 months it takes like 6m to start off and pays the rest in 48 months(4 years)

As long as you have a transfer budget yes, if you don't, it comes from elsewhere.

You must be careful though, as you can end up ******** your club financially if you buy more than you can afford.

1) take a look through expiring contracts from the 31st December each year (Bosman)

2) look through the transfer lists (filter out unrealistic targets)

3) if you dont have the money to buy a player, 48 monthly installments are the only option (if you do not have any cash in your transfer budget, alot of the time (depending in club size) you will not be able to buy the player, if you have quite a good wage budget, you could possibly afford it, do not do this all the time as your club will run at a loss and end up in trouble (especially if your club is small, not much money from gate receipts or club competitions etc etc) :)

4) if the player is valued at 600k and you offer the club 100k of course they are going to reject your bid, if he is worth 600k and you offer 600k (there is a 99% chance they will reject it as well) you would need to offer the player at least double his market value, that is normally a good indication...
