Signing staff

Right, I've tried signing alot of staff that I've found both here and ingame. Most of them give me the finger and I can't even try by offering a big salary like I could on FM10.
I've managed to lift my team up to top 50 european clubs though the past 4 years so my reputation should be pretty good.
Does anyone have any advice on how to make it easier on signing staff or is there a hidden secret technique...?

Much harder it seems in fm 2011. Try using the fm assistant, it's like genie scout.

When you are searching for staff, order them by reputation, from lowest to highest. Less reputable staff aren't necessarily worse, so take a look at them first as they are more likely to join you.

assistant is not cheating it just makes your life easier. instead of spending hours looking for staff assistant ranks them by stars and type of training. It saves alot of time, honestly I rather be focusing on the matches rather than staff. I just sign them, forget about them, and renew contracts when they come up. The only staff member that I change regularly (by season until I find one I'm happy with) is the assistant manager.

I dont really do much with my staff, I know that I should but my main prioroty in FM11 has been getting my team (hull city) back in the prem.

Thanks guys, I've been using FMRTE to make my life easier as someone put it but when it comes to staff I find the assistant a whole lot better. As of yesterday, I've signed some 4 star first team coaches and a whole new group of youth coaches.

And to the last 2 posters: you should get to using better coaches at least, seeing how its the only sensible way of making money off young players and regens
