Silhouette player faces gone?

Not sure if this is in the right place but..

My silhouette player faces aren't showing, like this:

But the player faces I've downloaded are working fine:

I've been using the player faces since FM10 and it's always been fine, until I downloaded a wonderkid pack and it's been like this since, how can I get the silhouettes back?

try to untick skin cache at many times. sure will be show up.
