note: Packs contain Small and Large logos.

A little bit about them....

The logo design was created by 'oO SioS Oo' using Adobe Photoshop CS3. The logo was originally designed for Football Manager 2010 but has been released early as the FM10 skin and style is currently unknown.
The logo design may be referred to as SS for short.

Extract them into:
C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\Graphics\Pictures\Logos\Clubs

If you dont have a Logos and clubs folder then just create them

hmmm have you tried unticking "Use Skin cache" and ticking "Always reload skin on confirm?
You will find these option in Preferences -> Display and Sound

I did same upload them to rapid share as a megapack

Firstly; We dont think that we have done enough packs yet to make a megapack.
Secondly; Eventually once enough leagues have been completed we will consider uploading else where for mega packs.
