I am currently working on making a new database for singapore, a challenging one with increased finances and new stadia BUT as realistic as possible, basically try and make it the best league in asia and equivalent to a good mid tier top flight european league.

my first question is, teams such as etoile fc, guoan, sporting afrique have hardcoded into the game the option to only choose certain players, is this possible to recreate??
