My board expectations aren't too bad seeing the club are languishing in 19th place in the table, we will have to see where I can take them in my first real managerial position since I was interim manager at Manchester United.
In this position I will not be looking to strengthen anytime soon as Joe Hart is only 29 and has a lot of years ahead of him, we have some youngsters in the academy who will step up in the future.
Here is the back 6 of my squad and the full formation will be revealed in my next update in regards to Attack. New Signings Rodriguez and Martinez fit in nicely after Pep Guardiola brought those guys in before I arrived.
So from the attacking front we can see we have a very attacking squad and I am looking forward to working with Ihaenacho as he is a youngster with a lot of potential.
First game in charge of Manchester City went fairly well, I aimed to play a possession based game and it paid off. Watford however did score a brilliant goal against us which caught Joe Hart off guard (see below click image for video).
A quite unbelievable performance from my squad, we held the ball really well, didn't give Real Madrid a chance. We hassled Cristiano Ronaldo which helped us in turn. Iheanacho played brilliantly in his first start under my management and will feature a lot more in the future.
