I've won alot with Norwich City already. Actually much more then I was hoping for. My main goal is 100% English squad. Great first season wins with FA Cup and League Cup. Got champion title easily in lower league. First Premier League season I became 3th... with 1 point lower then Chelsea. Won League Cup again and the Europa League! Now in second phase of Champions League, rather easily.

Norwich still has difficulties against bigger teams now and then. Probably because my dynamic midfielders aren't to defensive. Scoring more is my main strategy. Got some wins last season, was rather unlucky again Man U and Chelsea. Also, DON'T use slow defenders... Fast strikers will eat them alive, see some big loses in the bigger overview. So no John Stones or Steven Caulker for me You also would like a faster striker, like Berahino. But Harry does great (duh).
Someone screen shot the tactic from #637 for me lads.
what are the differences between this and the one in the op?
Its matches played. Also it seems to be easier to learn it, if you have a "base" team. So not put player A on RB first, next match on LB, then on CB etc. Try to stick with players, so they can get used to each other. How long does it usually take to be fluid and start seeing good results ? Does it depend on major happiness and superb Morale ?
It is because your mentality isn't offensive. Both CMs are laying back, waiting to strike back. Your defense will be the ones that clear the line of fire. I have many cleansheets, even with Norwich City. Just buy a quality goalkeeper like John Ruddy or Jack Butland.i still cant understand how a formation with 2 CM's who are on attack duty can be good defensively
your version, is it just the one tactic for both home and away games regardless of opposition? It is because your mentality isn't offensive. Both CMs are laying back, waiting to strike back. Correct. I use it home AND away. The main thing to watch out for is havin NO SLOW defenders... Or you will be crushed by players like Juan Cuadrado and the like.your version, is it just the one tactic for both home and away games regardless of opposition?
