This might be a stupid question but:
Does this work best with the 15.3.0 update or the default? I've used it on my Man Utd 2 seaons now but that's default. Started using it in the middle of 1st season and it saved me completely, I also dominated 2nd seaons, but which database does it work best with?

This tactic saved my season (and my place as a head coach of my favourite team). Was 7th, out of the cup losing heavilly. Below the red line are my results when I started using the tactic:

In 17 games, 45 goals scored, 8 allowed. W-12; D-5; L-0!!!
Finished the season third. Now I'll see if the pre-season training will affect the overall performance in the league (and in the CL). Hope we'll do well! :)

P.S.: Just to mention - my 5 draws were away with the away tactic, used it until the Juventus game, where I switched to Home and kicked their ***. These 3:1 wins away to Verona and Torino are also with the Away tactic, the games were very unstable and I could have easily lost points there. So I strongly recommend not to use the away tactic and stick to the home one.:)

To be honest, never used it with the default data base. But it shouldn't matter, as the match engine is update, no matter what players play where. I just use the winter transfer update because I like the players at Norwich / Strassbourg after.
 
2 games played in the season.. Lost them both 2-0. Setup exactly how it shows in the thread. What the **** am I doing wrong?
 
No idea what a ****. I am not totally stupid and know how to play this game, but this tactic is awesome when I use assistant for everything and suck when I do it by myself.. :S:S
 
I am aware that the tactic has been weaker after recent patches.. I myself don't like it anymore! :P

But I am working on a Fix/New one..

Can u say plz what type of assistant should I get, have some problems with stuff filter

I usually go for Assistants that are Professional with high Motivation, man management, determination and level of discipline

So, long time, no see..

I have been working on a fix today.. And I am really happy on how it plays atm.. Altough I do not have the time to test it with all kinds of teams.

I am currently playing as Southampton, and we are doing pretty **** good!

going to test this with my underdog team in Czech Republic top league.. can we use the player filters from OP ??
