Sketchy Home Form-Derby County

I am Derby, in my first season. All is well away from home boasting the best away form in the league. However, I just cannot win at home normally drawing 1-1 taking the lead then getting pegged back. My team are creating just not converting, any suggestions ?

Do you use the same tactics for home matches, as you do in away matches?

Its probably just a case of your team feel less pressure when playing away- Maybe post a screenshot of the tactics you use at home, and some results?

I use the same tactic away, however I change it to counter thats all. Any Suggestions
