Hi guys,
When I go to change a skin the list is empty and only has the default skins that come with the game and not any downloaded ones.
I know this has been covered in many threads and I have looked at the answers but they don't seem to resolve my issue?
I've unchecked the "skin cache" box, I've checked the always reload on confirm, I've cleared the cache, I've edited the config of the skin to the version I'm using and still nothing.
If any further solutions are available then please help, I'm on Windows 7 and it's activated by steam, and I only have one "Sports Interactive" folder in my documents so it can't be a clash in two different folders.

EDIT: Just realised tha there's a skin help thread, sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, any mods feel free to move it to that thread if this is the wrong place to put it..
