but one more problem when i downloaded dark skin i cant find this folder- D:/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2011/skins THERE IS JUST THIS THINGS:data.directx,jre,tools,unninstall football manager and thats it no skin can you help me pls ?

You create teh folder.

hmm sounds like ur looking in program files not user documents,there should be a file named skins in user documents/sports interactive/fm11/ but if there isnt just create one

USE THE SEARCH BAR ? STOP BEING SO LAZY theres a topic full of skins where one gives you a huge list of the skins and links to download, have a look rather than getting everyone to do the job for you.
