Skins not working anymore?

Just started my game and my SKINS no longer work. I even went and downloaded a new one. Nothing.

I only seem able to use the default skin now. Any ideas?

Same thing happened to me OP and I'm still on the default patch.

My game never updates I have restarted the stream go off line back online. Tried everything it says it about to update but never does. I dunno if it's my Laptop or problem with the game.
