Skins not working/ Scorpio

I've downloaded the new Scorpio which is in accordance with the new update. I've extracted it to skins yet it still doesnt work? This is urgent as it hinders me even playing the game. Why can't skins appear even though i've extracted them?

Yes skins are important..... but they hinder your ability to play the game??? Moving on, you need to download the fix (Scorpio settings update). After you download this then move it into your updated Scorpio skin folder

Did you download the Scorpio settings update fix and move it to your folder???
