Is there anyway to skip the game's intro? It takes so long :'(

Get a better laptop. Mine flies.

mine takes about, 10 seconds.. not that long.

Got a 3.8 ghz cpu with 4 gb ddr1600 ram.

It Still sucks. I think I know what game I'm playing.

it's more annoying than slow I suppose.

I've always wondered that if you deleted the videos from the Documents in FM2010 that it might crash..

Really... wow i never thought of doing that.

I remember you used to be able to click at a certain point and skip through a lot of it, but this year you cant which is a shame...

but ye im patient enough to wait the 10 seconds or whatever it takes to load up lol

It can't take that long to load up then, patience is a virtue.

so if i deleted the videos file from the fm10 folder, would it skip the intro? Or would I be stupid to try it?

Just make a backup of the videos before you try it.

It takes an absolute age on mine about over 3 minutes.

I have just done it, it loads up fine.

Do you guys mean the loading screen with a the different languages? Because when I first got my laptop (christmas) this took about 3 seconds, and over time has increased to nearer ten. However if you have - like I do - Windows7, you can use the DiskDefragmentor and/or the DiskClean-Up, both automatically on the system. These can be found just using the search feature in the Start menu, and often cause the game to simply bypass this annoying loading screen! Also, what happens when you delete these "Movie Folder" you are talking about?

Hope this helped. ;) (H) x

Where is the "movie folder"? =/ I've got it installed using Steam, but can't find it in the program files for Steam or SI.

Yeah, I can't find the Movie Folder, I'm installed without Steam.. where can I find it?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2010
