Aston: February was awful month for us. After perfect January I think players got tired physically and mentally. Cherno more defeat was the start of it and I want to believe Montana victory ended it.

Aston: It is clear again that Bello who did we sign just in January is in the shortlist for many big clubs. He is unique because he has besides Argentinian passport also Italian one.

Aston: Motta has been quickly taken the 1st ST position and Bakos, Claudio are getting less minutes. Although I have played Claudio recently in AML position and he has done brilliantly there as well. Bakos is learning AMR position.
Aston: This is devastating. We just did not score. Young and talented GK Wetsel was substitud with little injured Dyulgerv and he let in game only goal in 109th minute while doing terrible mistake and passing to Sekou Baradji who very coolly finished perfect present.
Aston: I like how Slavia team is each year more balanced. One thing that I will take my hart to granted is to bring more talented young Bulgarian players into Sofia first team. Cote and Kokonov are already 2 players who have been participating in First league in last seasons. Dimitar Ivanov on several U-19 players are on focus. I signed in July many players all over the Bulgaria and now it is my duty to merge them into our team.
Aston: In previous post I mentioned I want to help Bulgarian football prosper. This is one of my favourite youngsters Ivanov.
Aston: Kanchev is next Bulgarian player who I brought to Sofia from Lokomotiv Sofia with 110k £
Aston: Mindev is the 3rd Bulgarian youth I bought in July. Very good talent and potential. Might be one day as good as Motta
Aston: Stavrov is tall, brave, good jumper with very good heading skills forward. 4th talent from Bulgaria
Aston: Dumont was free transfer and I love his best skills. He is only 18, but total team player with team work 20, flair 17, technique 15, first touch and passing 14. He will be valuable player for Belites

Aston: I have no interest of moving away from Slavia. Ok very small temptation to take Barcelona managerial position, but everything else is out of question. I have clear missions going on here. Not only 1, but small targets and long prespective goals and the list is growing.

Aston: I remember when I signed the youngster. He was promising, but not in the first team plans. Now he is Key member.
Aston: There were 5 offers with Gallos release clause 6,75M £, I tried to give him new contract and at first he even started with discussions, but it turned out he was after more money (no problem) and wanted to keep the 6,75M release clause. Devastated with these news started right away after these offers to look new DC players. 2 offers made and they were accepted.
Aston: Now these are terrific news. I hope to change this release clause as soon as possible. Gallo is this kind of player who could be one day world best defender. So I do not want to sell him even for 30M £.
A lot of searching was done and Slavia sent out tens of different offers, but only 2 young CB are clear deals what might happen in the beginning of September. We sent out 2 players on loan.

Aston: Losing our best DR is not good. We have good young team and many players can substitute him, but not as well as Matija did not. He was quality in our right side. I have been looking more and more into our U-19 team and I really love to see how these youngsters grow so quickly. 1 Fabulous talent DR position in Florian Demmel and this Austrian young lad might be taking first team place soon. And if he continues with the paste he is improving his skills he might be nr1 DR in the end of the season. This gives me confidence not to look on the transfer market and give options to our youngsters.
