SLB no budget for transfer.

Hi guys.
Im starting now playing FM13, my first team is BENFICA (SLB) portugal, and i've found that there is no money for buy players.
help me please.

It's strange because in every game I've played Benfica usually spend big (bought 50 mill of players off me this game) after the first season.

You'd think they'd have a decent base at the start because they can't earn that much per year in Portugal.

Its probably because the " box" to allow transfer budget in first window" was set NOT to allow this when you started/set up the save.

Check you didn't untick the 'allow first season transfer budgets' box (Underneath where you select what league's to load)
