After an average start with Crystal Palace I fancied a challenge so took charge of relegation-threatened Shrewsbury in League 2. Managed to get them into the Championship via the play-offs in successive years, all the time being tipped to fight relegation. First season in Championship finished mid-table and then again got promoted through play-offs. I've used a rotation of three tactics throughout but as you can see, none of them work at all in the Premier League (or maybe it's just that my players are mostly still League 1 quality at best and I have no transfer budget).
