Training Pre-season:
Physical/Team Cohesion very high - match training all the way too the left - match tactics for match preparation

Training in season:
Team cohesion high - match training notched two bars from far left - def. pos. for match preparation - rest before and after games

Individual training set accordingly too roles in tactic

Personally I clean staff under 3,5 star rating (preferrably 4 stars) and play no less than 7 friendlies

Team talks usually whatever the assistant says..

Set pieces left as default

Have not been tested with a weaker team, so let me know if you wanna give it a go

Had a lot of fun with this, lots of shots and relatively solid defence.
