Some thoughts and advice needed.......

I would just like to say thanks to the guys who commented on here.

I started a new game, thought i'd challenge myself with Yeovil again.

Set my Footballing background to automatic instead of Sunday league player, and used the arsenal tactics created by Kino4City

I am currently TOP of league 1 after 22 games :D Playing really well, considering i had absolutely no money to spent at the start.
 
my advice is to try zonal marking (if you haven't already) , direct passing and play narrow with the ball going down the middle. These are the basics for my lower league teams :)
