England Under 23's for the Olympic Games, however you are allowed to call up up to 3 overrage players for that squad. I presume he is one of the overraged players.

He'll be with the Olympics Squad, you're allowed a few players (think its 3) over 23, case being Ronaldinho was in the Brazil team in 2008.
