Something strange in classic mode

Iv started a new game with QPR and its had started in August 2012 a full year early and I have no games until August 12, I'm now on 1/9/11 and haven't played any games yet, have to advance almost a year before I play 1 game

See if I get this correct. You wanted to start in Agust 2012...but it started in August 2011 ?
Are you by any chance using an edited databas?. If so, then its something wrong with it.

Have you loaded any other lagues and used an earlier starting date ?

Yes exactly, It's my first game, nothing edited besides uploading a few shortlist, I don't knew whether to advance all the way or start a new game
