Song of the Week

Decided, on the basis of my love for finding and discovering new music, which does not involve of 12 year old kids with the initials JB, having 12,000,000 hits on youtube, to create a little competition(if you can call it that)

SO I am going to propose to you a little bit of trial and test, with me uploading a few of my favourite new releases and you guys giving your opinion, and voting on one to be song of the week!

If you like such an idea vote yes on the poll if not, then well we shall leave it at that.

Yes i understand that, and i knew it wasn't gonna be to everyones liking, but thought there might be a few people who share my defined taste in experimental, original music.

I wouldn't class any of those songs you linked as original or experimental. Just sounds like pretty much everything you hear these days.

Well I'll give you that i started off with the less oblique stuff, but i think that is incredibly harsh and if you're arguing a case for B.O.B you have no case for saying it sounds like pretty much everything!

Deerhoof have gone so far into the land of irony they've come out the other side, into the world of gleeful sincerity. They write songs about pandas because they actually think they're a pretty cool thing to write about.
