Neymar doesn't want to come in my save at Dortmund in 2017 after I won the last 2 Champions Leagues, Bundesliga 3 times, and German Cup and he comes at a **** mid table team like Southampton in the 2nd season. **** off you cheater.

Lol? **** mid table team *maybe* IRL, but this is a game, bet Dortmund can't win 2 CL in a row IRL, also like Sherkey pointed out, he doesn't want to play in Germany, just like I can't sign Reus in England because he doesn't want to play in England.

Come on man, everybody knows that Neymar will not come to a team like Southampton no matter what even if it's just a game. Maybe if you win 3 UCL, Premier Leagues, etc. but the guy didn't won anything. And the thing that he doesn't want to play in Germany means nothing. Got Reus at United after I offered him the biggest contract in the team something like 200k a week.
It doesnt bother me either way if im honest, would just rather know the circumstances of the save im investing my time in following!
FYI, i had a save with Newcastle, in 2018, id won 4 CL, and 3 PL....no cups however. Neymar was listed for 32.5m....wouldnt talk, let alone join me. Suspect it would be the same with Fabregas.
Think its clear editor has been used, or something along those lines. Again, i reiterate it doesnt bother me, people will play how they want to play, its their save.

I don't believe that you signed Neymar either as it looks weird when reading your story. He would appear as an unrealistic transfer, as even though i am in UCL with Sunderland i don't stand a chance of signing him and i am in a better European competition than you. Also when you mentioned your signings for the 3rd season he was not included. Also how did you pull up 70m and 28m in the same season for Southampton?? If you can prove it all will be left alone!
That varies from save to save. You got really, really lucky with that, if you managed to convince Reus only for 200k a week. I won 2 UCL, 3 BPL, 3 FA and Capital One Cup, top club in terms of reputation, Reus was unsettled at Dortmund, and yet he wouldn't even discuss with me. A flat out "My client isn't currently interested in entering contract negotiations with your club". And yes, I was managing United.
More times than not, player will refuse if he has preference of that sort. Believe me, I know. I've also made it my FM 14 goal to lure Raul away somewhere, but that looks like it'll remain an unfulfilled dream.

Varies from save to save, he didn't even want to talk about a contract with me at Chelsea.

save's corrput now anyway: in reply to the guy asking how i found the money? i sold more or less everyone, and free'd up a shedload of wage budget, then adjusted to give me the funding for it...i'll admit, i have the ingame editor, but i started this save before installing it, and therefore didn't use it; the only save i've used it on is my Real Madrid one, and it's not really neccessary there...
i'm now debating between re-starting a Southampton game, and doing a HG challenge, or starting at a lower-league side and building them up
