With the start of the season right round the corner, preparation begins and on the back of a successful Pre-Season to go into the season with, it look like the saints may have a good season to look forward too. And with a brilliant win against Sevilla, the team are in a good frame of mind and got a high morale!
Capital One Cup
The second round of the CoC has given Southampton a home tie against Crystal Palace, a very winnable game for the Saints.

Final Signing
With a few weeks till the transfer deadline, Manager Keelan Mee has brought in a final player to add to his team. 33-year old Paulo Ferreira came in for 230k, despite his advanced years, he is a experienced player, who can help the teams younger players, such as, Luke Shaw and James Ward-Prowse.
