Southampton first season, transfers...

I have decided to start a save with Southampton and hopefully lead the club to major trophies in the near coming seasons, my transfer budget will be 5.45 million as I'm putting a mid table finish. I'm just wondering if anyone could advise me on some signings ?

I'm playing on the 13.3.0 update, the only player I'd like to sign at the moment is Carlos Fierro which will cost me around 3 million.

So what do you guys think ?
