Southampton Help!!

Need some serious help with my Southampton in the 2nd season in the Championship.
Who should i buy and sell the strengthen my squad. Tactics are also welcome to be suggested?
Budget of about 2million.

Improve the full backs and may be better off with a 4-4-2 as well.

Get replacement for Davis and Jaidi. I believe they are quite old. Try looking for players that are out of contract especially goalies.
