Southampton January window first season

I've never played a Championship save before so I'm not sure who is good at that level, heres what I got.

Summer window.

Brought in: Darwin Quintero, Craig Dawson, Lewis McGugan, Felix Klaus.
Loaned in: Ross Barkley, Andros Townsend.
Sold: Nobody.

Looks like I'm gonna be selling Rickie Lambert, he can't get into my first team at all. Sharp and Quintero are in too good of form to think about dropping them. So gonna need a 3rd ST.

Looks like I'm gonna get promoted so I'll probably sell McGugan on, not good enough for Premiership in my opinion.
Need a 2nd goalkeeper, either good enough for Prem now or in a few years as Davis will be retiring soon. (35 years old).

Really need a good MR as cover for Jason Puncheon, and ML as cover for Lallana. DR also.

Any recommendations? Not sure how much I'm gonna get to spend, but this can carry into the summer window if not enough.

Eardley and Matt Phillips Blackpool are good players! At Blackpool after promotion I managed to get capoue 3.3 ter Stegen 3.4 sanogo free who u must get sign him up now on pre contract! Look at boyata and ciaran Clark! Cathcart good aswell!
 
I tried to get Matt Phillips first window didn't have enough cash left though! Will try again. Ter Stegen 3.4 is a bargain man! Sanogo has already signed for Inter Milan though doubt I'll get him for a few years at least. Will have a look at Boyata, had him on loan in a previous save he was beast. Never tried Clark though will give him a look at! Cheers man!
 
Just keep checking transfer list all the time! Got gattuso for season 2 and 3 took 16k a wk in the end! My team in 4th season is ter Stegen Isla boyata Clark fuchs capoue collison wilshere shaqiri muniain sanogo also have viviano Cathcart belhanda Sturridge van der vaart loan! Started 230k wage budget now 675! Bout 7th in league won fa cup last yr! Just hard to go higher! Only lost 3 of 26 league games but drawn way 2 many! Just check who gets relegated that's how I got capoue n Clark!
 
That's pretty sick mate! How much wage budget did you get for promotion? Like I said I've never done a Championship save...
 
Can't totally remember but about 200k in championship and about 300k in prem! And they give me 17-20 mil every season to spend! Got a few bits of installments aswell but trying to get rid of them now! Got a new stadium coming in 2017! 1 tip try and keep at least 4 home grown players! I've had no decent 1s so in Europe can only select 21 players!
 
I take it your sitting high in the league? if so id start to shell out a couple of players that dont benefit the first team to get a budget ready for end of season. Try get the full rights to Marco Verrati from Empoli and Pescara and also try get small loans from the top 4 to help you get over the line if possible. Summer transfer window is crazy, like myself you will have lots of attention surrounding Quintero so id offer him a 2 year extension if you can to prevent him going. You will be able to get Junior Hoillet at the end of the first if you like wide play, also Chamakh was a steal for 3.5M on my game.
 
Yeah, looks like I'm getting promoted as it stands now, lost 1 drew 1 so far and only in October. Verrati is a good shout, never tried him. Thanks mate will have a look at them!
 
WOW, you got lucky on some of them haha! Good deals though, will try to do a few of the same!
 
How you getting on? Finished 4th in 4th season with Blackpool in group stage now but could get knocked out in final match! Need to beat Copenhagen and juve to beat Lyon to qualify! Getting hard to bring better players in! Jack collison has been excellent only cost 6 mil
 
MASSIVE dip in form man, I was 14-0-0 now I'm 17-1-4 :/ halfway through December now. Don't know what to do to be perfectly honest. I'm still a noob at FM so not really sure. Awesome man well done, who is your starting 11 for 5th season? I'm gonna have a look at Jack Collison in the summer window if I get enough money, tore me apart when we played!
 
Can't wait to finish this season and strengthen the squad, weak/no cover in too many positions!
 
Team not changed much! Ter Stegen Isla Fuchs boyata Clark wilshere collison capoue belhanda/shaqiri muniain Sturridge/ sanogo! Sick of playing so well away to the big teams and losing by 1 goal! Don't think I can take this team much further! 700k wage budget sucks for champs lg team ! Always a dip in championship u still doing well
 
******* sick team man, never heard of Capoue though? Guess that just happens with teams like Blackpool, Southampton etc. I reaaaaally need to improve my defence/GK, I'm top of the league with 57 points, Bristol City are second and I have scored 31 more goals than them but conceded 11 more. 67 for 32 against. Absolute joke.
 
Doesn't matter as long as you are top you should be able to get a team like mine possibly better cos bigger stadium! Southampton are consistently top 10 prem club on mine! Trying to
Buy young stars now! Cos unlike yours my youth system is shocking not had 1 good player out of it! Got new stadium coming in summer 2017!
 
Fingers crossed, pain in the *** going from being in amazing form to **** form! You upgraded your youth facilities?
 
Aye do loadsa board requests! A few just been recent so here is hoping! Spent 14 mil on an English striker17 yr old from middlesboro! 18 now and has played 4 England! He is generated!
 
14 mill is a bit steep man! Better be worth it! Its January now, not sure who I should go for just now
